The Trinity Learning Foundation was originally founded in 1995
by a group of international education specialists and consultants,
focusing on the need for lifelong distance learning to enhance
professional development skills. In the past decade this small
US company originally founded in Wilmington, Delaware USA developing
distance learning courseware and integrating curriculums has evolved
into an international network of learning centers over 5 continents
in 14 countries.
The Foundation is registered in Delaware as a Non Profit Corporation
501(c)(3) status, and is authenticated by the Secretary of State,
Harriet Smith Windsor. Authentication Number: 3594190
The registration office in Delaware is the hub of all international
operations, which are listed as subsidiaries of the Foundation.
Trinity University – An Educational Division of the Foundation
The Trinity University confers professional certificates, diplomas
and degrees to adult learners through distance learning and center-based
learning. The recent development of the Trinity Online Modular
Object Oriented Learning Environment (MOODLE) has allowed e -
learning accessibility to our courses virtually anywhere. The
educational division is involved with associate projects to develop
virtual campuses in association with the Delaware International
University and Trinity International School and College. This
alternative learning methodology has proved a popular learning
mechanism for busy professionals who would like to pace studies
according to individual convenience.
Trinity University and College following traditional campus based
learning are available in Connecticut, Washington, Texas, Kansas,
Canada, Australia and Europe; these are not associated with the
Foundation. The foundation specializes in associate support center
facilities in international locations and delivery of courses
thru online virtual learning environments and distance learning.
The Foundation is associated and partners with a network of US
Universities, but has no physical campus. The Foundation has developed
links and partnerships with a network of US state accredited partner
universities with campuses in Arizona, California, Kansas and
Wisconsin for Trinity Foundation students who wish to transfer
to campus based programs in the US.
Dedicated to delivery of quality education globally the foundation
adheres to the code ethics of international educators following
guidelines prescribed by NAFSA.In addition international Trinity associates
are regulated and accredited by local education authorities in
respective countries.
Corporate and Academic Structure
The President of the Foundation is elected by the members of the
board, and is appointed for a four-year term.
The Vice President and Academic Board are responsible for academic
affairs and international operations.
Registrar maintains all records of registered students at the
US office.
International Program Directors
Appointed to represent the interests of the Foundation in an international
region or territory.
Faculty and Tutors
All associate faculties are appointed directly by the foundation
and are approved to provide tutor support in any of the delivery
modes available.
